Founded in 2008 The Centre for Excellence and Outcomes in Children and Young People’s Services created a huge range of products and support services to improve outcomes. This included vast amounts of research, publications and training materials with more recent additions located below.
C4EO now concentrates on Tailored Support and Effective Local Practice but we felt it was important that this knowledge and information was not lost, so we have archived this material and it can be found here.
